Friday Andrea used the big girl potty! Sure, it wasn't exactly her idea, but it happened, and she came downstairs to tell everyone "Yay!" Sunday night the same thing happened, only she was exhausted and not excited or happy about what happened. And when I tried to give her marshmallows as a reward she threw them on the ground. I thought we were going to make it again today, but there were too many people between the kitchen table and the potty seats upstairs.
Sunday when we got to church Andrea's grandpa got out of his van and went to open the door of our car to help get her out for church. Andrea saw him and yelled "Papa!" She is experimenting more with words. She loves to sing, and sings every night, sometimes for an hour or so, before she goes to sleep. She has also been watching her cousin walk up and down the stairs and has been doing the same thing.
Andrea loves living at Grandma's house where she is able to go play outside all the time. She loves looking out the windows to see the birds and dogs.
